Gessner, Ste 210, Houston, TX 77063; and (2) The Presbyterian Disaster Assistance Program - online go to http://www.pcusa.org/pda/ and click on "Give Now", or make check out to The Presbyterian Disaster Assistance Program and mail to Presbyterian Church (U.S.A.), P.O. Box 643700, Pittsburgh, PA 15264-3700. In either case, be sure to designate your gift "For Earthquake Relief in Haiti." Designated gifts have an administrative overhead of only 5.0%.
