Confirmation
St. Barnabas has a two-year confirmation program for 7th and 8th graders. One year, we do a survey of the Bible, including some Spripture memorization; the next year, we focus on church history and the Presbyterian Book of Confessions. The class meets on Wednesday evenings at 5:40 PM and goes through the fall and spring semesters. Our confirmands are also each connected with an elder of their choice from the church; the elder serves as a friend and encourager during this time of spiritual formation.
